Dear praying friends,
James warns us to submit all of our plans to the Lord. I used to be more vocal about this, but maybe I have not kept this before me as frequently, as I made arrangements. Today, the Lord rearranged everything! Last night (Tuesday) I developed a fever making it impossible for me to travel to South Sudan this morning. God arranged for me to cancel my portion of the arrangements without penalty, and I am thankful that the local leaders were able to step in and continue to proceed with the module without me.
Please pray for them, as all come to the module at great hardship (shortages of food, medicine, transportation, and occasional fighting around them). However, this desire to carry on is evidence of the significance of this training in their lives.
Thank you for joining us in prayer for our South Sudanese brethren. My wife and I would be grateful for your prayers as well.
